Defined by Merriam- Webster Thesaurus: stillness. calm, calmness, hush, peace, peacefulness, placidity, quiet, quietness, quietude, repose, restfulness, sereneness, serenity, still, tranquillity (or tranquility)

We as people are in an extreme need of complete stillness, avoiding distractions, all daily demands if possible for 5 minutes.
First:
Locate your spot, gather just your being and sit, listen to the mind, while introducing your thoughts to being still, quieting the demands it is at Constance to remind you of...YOU must demand silence.
Next,
Once shutting off the mind's thoughts, listen to your inner needs, you notice your heartbeat, your pulse lessens and you can enter a place that is uniquely yours ( some it's an island, flowing waterfalls...gentle breeze, for others it's a pond overlooking fields of wildflowers) wherever your place is, center there. Take 5 minutes to let yourself just be.
Last:
When you have completed your Stillness, you will feel refreshed, a sense of balance and the ability to see the day's demands before you as a sense of purpose, willing to put your completeness into them, not just as percentages, feeling incapable of of fulfilling, rather extending yourself the grace for all you did accomplish in the day.
Take Rest, find your place, savor the silence of 5 minutes.
Peace to you.
Blessings & Light
