Take a seat, ponder, stillness, can there be

To gather thoughts, to sort the mind, can it be a moment or take...

Are those minutes, hours, or how one chooses?

May not be what was percieved, it stirs and gathers, bringing out thoughts and long ago deeds, those you were accomplished in, and those you hit the bottom with,
