Low carb deliciousness

I actually took some items out, and used my traditional crock pot...turned out very good and will be made again as we head into fall soups and warm meal months.

I put in mine: beef, beef broth, chirazo, taco seasonings, diced tomatoes, chili ready rotel chilies, garlic salt, onion salt.

Of course browned the meats, stirred all the ingredients into crockpot and let it simmer to finish out for great night's supper.

Cooked on low heat through lunch, then on warm until supper.

Topped with Sour cream, mild cheddar shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
