To be still is by far the toughest thing for busy everyday people to do.
Suggestively, pause what is not of immediate importance.
1. Lunch ( take 1-5 minutes to just be, be in the present moment. Listen to your being as it takes slower breathes in and out, heart beat softens and your body relaxes.
2. Afternoon Break (take 1 minute to not check your phone, make or check calls, just sit outside of work, in your car or walk briefly, taking a moment to regroup and savor much needed clarity.
3. Before Bed ( Take 1-5 minutes, sitting quietly, mindful to be still, any place you can find for added peace, i.e. no distractions, letting your mind release all of the days tasks, to do's and anticipatory thoughts of tomorrow, removing all thoughts to regain a centered balance. Pray, meditate on your body as it seemingly falls into a relaxed posture, mind, body and spirit now united. The relaxation will bring a restful nights sleep...as you fade off into sleep.
Stillness, calm, peace to you.
Keep the Faith.❤
